What do you need from me to start doing analysis?

Telescope Labs needs to get access to your data via a data connection. There is an onboarding guide to help walk you through the process. We've automated as much as possible whilst keeping the control in your hands.

Do you need R&D resources to integrate?

No. Telescope Labs is a no-code solution. We've made it as simple as possible to connect your data and start getting results. If you need help, however, don't hesitate to contact us.

Does Telescope Labs require specialized technical skills for implementation and use?

We’ve made Telescope Labs as easy and flexible to use as possible for everyone, by combining a simple graphical and natural language interface. The barrier to get value from data has never been lower.

The one-time set up of the data connections will require a basic level of technical knowledge.

Is Telescope Labs suitable for organizations of all sizes and complexities?

Where does the platform run the analysis?

There are two ways in which we integrate with your data. Either as a "live connection" or by creating a copy of the data. With "Live Connections" the processing is done within your data warehouse. With copied data it is done within ours.

Usage and Fees

Are there any extra charges beyond the basic subscription fee?

The basic subscription includes full access to all features. However, there's a limit on the number of credits (for conversations) included each month. If you exceed this limit, you will incur additional charges.

How is the usage of credits calculated?

Each successful response is charged as one credit.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee associated with getting started with Telescope Labs?

What is the duration of the subscription plans available?

How are billing and payments handled for subscriptions?

Billing and payments are handled through Stripe.

Data Privacy and Security

How do you keep my data secure?

Data security and privacy are extremely important to us. Here are some of the key measures we use to ensure the protection of your data.

Our application services, data storage and processing infrastructure is hosted on Azure Cloud. To ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data, we use a private language model and limit data sharing with third parties.

All data transmissions are secured using SSL certificates, and data is encypted at rest where possible; and access is checked using Azure function auth controls.

It is recommended that "live connections" are set-up using a specific, read-only user to aid in usage monitoring and eliminate any risk of data contamination.

We are in the process of obtaining ISO 27001 and SOC2 certifications. More information can be found here in our Privacy Policy.

What happens to data and configurations after an account is deleted?

Unless otherwise instructed, when an organization is deleted, data will be retained for 3 - 6 months.
