Troubleshoot missing data
There are two main kinds of error messages within Telescope Labs:
No data to show
This means that the system believes there is no data to show, and that no explicit error has occurred.
To remedy:
Please review any filters, within the Data Flow and "Show Approach" to ensure there is nothing preventing expected data to appear in the chart.
Please check your Data Connections within the Data Flow and ensure that the relevant integration is working.
If you're certain that the relevant data should be available, and that even with the filters data should appear then please reach out to Customer Support.
Retrieval Error
A red triangle warning means there has been an error in loading or showing the data.
To remedy
Please refresh the page, or regenerate the response.
If that doesn't resovle the issue, please try again in an hour
If that still doesn't resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support for assistance
