Troubleshoot connection issues

If there are issues establishing or maintaining a connection to your data systems or services please review the following:

1) Check that the system and service is still available at the address you provided during set up.

2) Check that the user credentials have full read capabilities

3) Check that there are no network restrictions blocking access from Telescope Labs (for instance IP white list).


If these are unable to resolve your issues, please contact customer support.
