How to manage your team

With Telescope Labs, there is no limit to the number of users you can add to our organization.

To manage the permissions of people in your Organization click on Project icon at the bottom left coner, and then select "Manage Organization" from the menu:

To make changes to the organization you will need to have "Owner" or "Project Admin" level permisisons. On the "People" page you are able to:

  • Invite new users to your organization

  • Alter the permissions of existing users

  • Delete existing users from your organization

What are the available user roles?

  • Owner: Full access to everything, including billing

  • Project Admin: Full access to organization, minus billing

  • Data Editor: Can edit data but cannot invite users

  • Questioner: Can ask questions, but has read-only access to data

How do I invite new users?

Click on "Invite Users" at the top right of the page. Enter the new users' name, desired permissions and their email address. They will be sent an invite to complete the registration process.


How do I alter a user's permisisons?

To remove users, click on the "Permissions" drop down and select the new desired permisison level.


How do I remove users?

To remove users, click on the "Permissions" button on the respective users' row, and select "Delete".


Are there any limits to the number of users I can have?

No.

Our goal is to help democratize the effective use of data in decision making. We want to make this available to as many people in your organization as possible. Having limits would run counter to that.
