Account creation

Creating a new account

To access the Telescope Labs product you need to create an account. You can do this by going to the registration page.

The quickest option is to use your Google or Apple accounts. This avoids you needing to create or remember a new password.

However if you have neither of these, then you can create an account by entering your name, email address and a new password in the form on the page. If you choose this approach you will need to verify your email address by clicking the link in the email we send you once you click "Create Account".


Joining an organization

If someone from your organization has already created an account, you will be able to join that same organization if it has been configured to allow users joining with emails from the same domain. Alternatively, you can ask an existing user to send you an invite. See How to manage your team for details.

If you are the first from your organization we will create a new one for you.


Account activation

After creating your account, you will receive an activation email. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.


Sign in

Once you have successfully created your account, you can access Telescope Labs using the sign in page.

Potential Issues and Fixes

I'm seeing an error: "Your email was not activated."

You will get this message if you attempt to sign in before completing the account activation process. Please check your email (inbox and spam), activate your account, and try again.

I'm seeing an error: "User not found."

You will get this message if the email address entered has not been recognized. Please check the email address you entered to make sure there isn't a mistake there. Or use the Sign up instructions above to create your account.

I'm seeing an error: "Invalid password."

This message indicates that the password provided does not match the password associated with the entered email address. Please try a different password, or use the "Forgot password?" option.

I have forgotten my password

If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign in page. This will take you to a password reset page where you can initiate the password reset process.

Instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
